Consumer Behavior- Steve Madden
In Consumer Behavior, my team and I got the opportunity to do consumer research for the brand Steve Madden. We worked together to gather primary data from databases such as Statista and MRI Simmons, and conducted a focus group as well as individual consumer surveys to get a clear idea of the brand reputation.Throughout this process, my main responsibility was turning our data into stories and developing visuals for our research.
